Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Please note: Returns must be approved by our support team first. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return facility address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
